Sometimes I do mealprep. It is very helpfull and can add that special feeling of being in control. Prepping for the next day really feels like helping your future self and in the morning i feel gratefull for my past self for doing it. A locely and easy recipe can be to put some chiaseeds in vanilla yoghurt overnight in the fridge. The seeds will become soft and the sour taste of yoghurt is less prominent if its vanilla taste but off course it doesnt have to be vanilla. Everyone has their own taste so pick whatever works for you. Other recipes are great too for breakfast. Step one is to look around to see if you can find any breakfast ideas that appeal to you. Good luck, you got this! P.S. Cutting up fruit and keeping it in the fridge for the next morning is also great if you want to start small and just experience prepping something for yourself.
