Do you eat the same thing every day for breakfast or mix it up?
Eating the same breakfast every day can simplify your morning routine and help establish a healthy habit. However, mixing it up can provide essential nutrients and keep your meals enjoyable. Consider creating a rotating breakfast schedule that includes a variety of healthy options. This way, you can enjoy the benefits of consistency while still exploring new flavors and ingredients. Ultimately, choose what works best for you and supports your goals for a balanced diet and lasting healthy habits.
I definitely have to mix it up. I change between eggs with avocado, açaí bowls, Greek yogurt with fruit and granola or nuts, breakfast tacos, and sometimes oatmeal. It just depends on what I have and my energy level in the morning.
Honestly I’m working with whatever I have in hand at that moment - I’m not a morning person so early wake ups and cooking are difficult for me and most of the time I take my breakfast "to go" or eat some leftovers. But I’m okay with repeating the same food for breakfast as long as it’s something I like.
