Do you eat the same meal every morning so that you have specific routine. Or do change it up. What if you don’t have any breakfast at home?
Establishing a breakfast routine can be beneficial for creating lasting healthy habits. Some people prefer to eat the same meal daily for consistency, while others enjoy variety to keep things interesting. If you find yourself without breakfast options at home, consider preparing simple, nutritious meals in advance or exploring quick alternatives like smoothies or yogurt. The key is to prioritize a healthy start to your day, which sets a positive tone for your habits and routines.
I’d like to switch it up more often, but I stick to the same few meals. I prefer hard boiled eggs with something. Like a hard boiled egg (for the protein) and a yogurt or with an oatmeal. The small variety helps me stay consistent with it and the egg always helps me to feel full and energized
I have types of breakfasts I prefer for busy days and I have types of breakfast I prefer lazy days. Cold oats, egg sandwiches, rice bowls, hot cereal, all have a lot of variability and are quick to make up. Pancakes, waffles, biscuits, omlets take a little time to craft but also have variability, and are a nice way to honor a slow start to the day.
