I had no set time or food to eat breakfast. I actually hardly ever have it much thought. But in the past week I have made a change and I’m having green smoothies but that’s like my medicine. So I don’t really have a choice. But if I could I would change it up. I love sandwiches. Oats. Indian breakfast.

I eat a protein and a carb and fat usually it’s 2 eggs lentils and avocado. I recommend whatever you eat to not overload on carbs.
