Me personally I try to do the workout in the morning but sometimes I don’t BUT I do a
really good workout in the afternoon after work/school

If in the morning are not feeling very well it is always okay to do it later you don't have to always do it in the morning know that you will do keep going and that you can do the in the afternoon if you want to 😉
