I’ll admit I’m no nutritionist so take this with sal... caution. 😬 Try to increase the proportion of the macronutrients (fats, carbs and proteins). Personally I’d say add the protein. Give a somewhat greater portion of your diet to the carbs, but protein comes second in priority. As of breakfast, I’d suggest you take a bit of time to calculate the proportion of nutrients in lunch, snacks and dinner and tweak breakfast accordingly. Willing to skip calculation?
