Another idea is smoothies or smoothie bowl. Which are a great way of nutrients and protein. Plus u can add toppings to make it even better. It's really aesthatic!

I love making smoothies and toast in the morning. Sometimes, I enjoy yogurt and granola with fruit or make a breakfast burrito with sausage, potatoes, eggs, and cheese!
