There are many apps you can download that are really helpful. I recommend Oak or Deepak & Oprah. D&O has 21 day challenges for free.

I use the waking up app as they give you a free year with no questions asked. I highly recommend it as Sam’s guided meditations are really good

I usually meditate every morning and every evening for 15-30 minutes. It is best to meditate before you eat. Try to meditate in a quiet place but if you do not have a quiet place to meditate that is okay. Noise is not a barrier to meditating.

I have often use abide. Its a Christian mediation, but information. Also in the past I used a guided energy meditation with a female voice about 5 years, but unfortunately am not able to recall the meditation, now I find interest in the meditations on the perfect platform. Doing a youtube search reveals hundreds of types of meditation. Best wishes

A trick that has worked for me for precisely this conundrum has been to ‘just start.’ Whether I have any motivation or not, I tell myself to ‘just start’ and then do precisely that... these days it’s hard to find true motivation, but this little trick has allowed me to accomplish the things I need to. Hope it helps!
