How often does one meditate in a week and how long for?

Take a time out of your day to meditate. You can start with 5- 10 min a day.
As you gradually get the hang of meditating every day, increase the time you spend in a meditated state. For example, you may have started with 5-10min but now you've raised it up to 15-20min.
Its completely up to you for how long you'll like to meditate. You are in control of your mind,body,and soul.

It is best to meditate for a short time, say 2 minutes, every day and add some minutes every week, minute by minute, than 1hour a week. Simple and small – consistency 😊✨✨✨

Every day for around 5-10 minutes a day, if you meditate for more that's fine as well. Generally, it's best to implement as a twice daily routine to gain maximum mental clarity.

I think that I should meditate for an hour a day. 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes at night everyday so that would be 7 hours per week. Eventually I would like to be able to double that number and be able to meditate an hour at a time twice a day.
