I get a sore back while meditating. Do i need to work on my core? Can someone pls advise on a way to progress to meditating in the proper position(unassisted)? I sit against a wall atm but still get a stiff upper back that hurts enough to take me out of the meditation. Hmmm…any ideas?

Try stretching as a warm up before you begin meditation. I’ve stretched daily every morning and it’s improved my flexibility and movement.
