For mums, people with busy schedules and those who are new to meditation… What do you prefer to meditate to?

I know this sounds time consuming, but guided mediations are the best. Typically when I meditate by myself I tend to get easily distracted which makes the mediation take longer than I want it to be. Guided meditations take me through a complete journey of setting an intention, focusing on my breath work, and it’s topic in a matter of 5-15 minutes. Much faster than what I map out naturally.
