Although I stretch beforehand, I can’t stop feeling the urge to move or stretch some more in my meditating sessions. Any advices to focus more in the body sensations that help me FEEL rather than MOVE?

I didn't get the question. But i have to say that i always get interpreted while doing challanges. Hmm and talking about my body, my sitting posture is very bad. I'm using my laptop regularly and so my back and neck is very pain. Please give some advice to this
