I don’t think you can meditation while driving that would be a bad idea for that. Try meditation in a room or your bedroom that’s nice and quiet

You can meditate anywhere, anytime, no matter what it is you are doing. You meditate when you are aware of your sensations and inner processes without thinking about them. The detachment from thoughts regardless of time or place is meditation.
