What exactly is the difference between mindfulness and meditation? I’m brand new to both and have dabbled around with a few of the guides on here… just wondering if anyone has advice or helpful info for a newbie like me? I struggle with anxiety and I know if I can figure this out I will benefit. Thanks!

Mediation it's a process. You focus on your mind and on your body. During this process you imagine and go out of this world. It's just you and yourself. Mindfulness its fakt. You should be mindfulness most of the time
