A variety of thoughts come to mind ... Such as recent memories, things I have to do or worries. However, I have made significant progress in letting them go and not getting frustrated because of them.

I think about my to do list and things that are bothering me. Meditation is a practice that helps me to let my thoughts pass. It helps me to not be attached to my thoughts.

I use my meditation time to sort out any hindrances or annoyances that i might be dealing with. I have anxiety, so I often find myself worrying about things that aren’t as important as I make them out to be, so I use this time to try and attack the source and address the roots of my problems. I often surprise myself in my findings, and I learn a lot about myself and I am able to improve upon my actions by doing this.

I think about the future . How can I can improve myself . How Iam grateful to be able to be a good person . My goals and how can i achieve them . The wrong I did and I can’t continue in one habbit it take me a 1 week to left it

I take in long deep breaths during my meditation so I think of nothing but just focus on breathing. Sometimes, I would think of the greenery etc. Meditation helps me calm my body and feel relaxed
