Even the smallest step is the right thing to do. Even five seconds is far more impactful than no seconds. Five minutes is enough. That’s only your first step. Remember growing means you don’t stop after five minutes. You gradually get better and better. Longer moments and more actions. Start there. Then continue forward when you’re ready.
