At the moment I can’t consistently sit for as long as I would like to…how much time do you spend meditating daily in order to keep a consistent practice?

I try to spend at least 5-15 mins a day meditating, I also like to think of the mind as a muscle the more you meditate the stronger your will power will be. Just as when you first start working out, you start lifting lightly and the more you do it the easier it will be and stronger you get. Eventually it will be as easy as brushing your teeth.
