Monday – Coconut milk, crushed avocado, chia seeds, muesli. Tuesday – seeded bread, avocado spread on top, with seasoned baked beans. Wednesday – almond milk, sesame seeds, cooked oats, honey Thursday – coconut milk, peanut butter, muesli. Friday- sausage, eggs with onions, baked beans.
