Maybe-? But still, breakfast is the most important meal of the day, you get some of the energy from the meal you’ve eaten.. if you do not have time to make a meal, then try to make something simple yet healthy! You can search up recipes online, if you are unsure what to make.

While skipping breakfast is a personal choice, itβs often considered the most important meal of the day for a reason. Eating breakfast provides energy and helps with concentration and focus, especially in the morning. It can also keep hunger in check, preventing overeating later in the day.

You can, but I don’t think you should do it often. Even a little something in the morning goes a long way. I find when I eat breakfast I get less fatigue or headaches throughout the day.

You can but you shouldn’t. If in the instance eating breakfast makes you feel sick in the morning, then maybe have it a little after you wake up or revisit what you eat for breakfast as it could be an issue with the food (ie lactose intolerance and cereal with milk). Or if it’s in the case of calories and such, it’s not worth going without breakfast as the hunger can result in overeating at the next meal. However, if you replace for exampe the big three meals (breakfast lunch and dinner) with smaller but more frequent meals, that will be healthier in the long run as it prevents overeating, and helps spread out the energy gained rather than all at once. Overall, it’s more worthwhile to have breakfast than not as the energy you get from it helps set you up for the day, making you more energised and productive. π
