Yes of course you can . As long as it is nutritious and balanced. I think it isn’t a good idea to eat a high sugar low glycerin meal like pancakes and maple syrup every day.
That will not provide a long lasting boost needed to get the most out of your morning.
Porridge and fruit, muesli and yogurt or toast with honey and vegemite are great everyday starts.
