Can I ask the same question? How should I motivate myself to go with more difficult exercises?
To motivate yourself for more challenging exercises, start by setting clear, achievable goals that excite you. Break down difficult exercises into manageable steps and celebrate small victories along the way. Create a routine that incorporates these exercises into your daily rituals, making them a natural part of your day. Additionally, find a workout buddy or join a community for support. Remember, consistency is key to developing lasting healthy habits, so focus on progress rather than perfection.
Sure, first I would say to acknowledge you’re reason for wanting to do it in the first place. When the goal is clear it is easier to pass obstacles in the way of continuing that path. If trying higher intensity exercises mix them within your current routine to slowly adjust.
