Can anyone give me original ideas for a great breakfast?

Breakfast foods are fake. Eat what u want! But also oatmeal with whatever toppings u like. I like to use dried oats and mix with peanut butter and banana you can also make those into cookies. I also have a bagel with mayonnaise and a fried egg u can always add cheese too. Protein powder in coffee. Whatever u want

I do overnight oatmeal in a Mason jar, but I supposed you can use an container that seals. Use fresh apples, slightly under ripe bananas, raw unsalted walnuts, dates, local honey, raisins, chia or flaxseed etc., almond or cashew milk, and spices for flavoring. Whatever your palette desires. For this recipes you will use apples, bananas apple pie spice, ground flaxseed, and honey. In a ½ quart jar, cut ½ an apple in small chunk right into your container, top with layer of
a ½ teaspoon apple pie spice, a layer of ½ a banana, ½ cup of old fashioned oats (not instant), add 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed and 1 tablespoon honey, then fill with almond milk, seal container and place in refrigerator. (NOTE: flaxseed does have an unappealing smell but adds nutritional value without adding flavor). Change up recipes and experiment. If using dates delete all other sweeteners, as dates will take the place of any sugars (use only 1 finely sliced). Make on the weekend for the entire week. Each jar is 2 servings. Hope this is helpful and you enjoy the ease of it.

Start the day with natural foods such as fruit and vegetables. Some mixed berries sprinkled with chia or flax seeds alongside side roasted sweet potato, or even a strawberry smoothie made with strawberries, stevia, flaxmilk, protein powder, and 1/2 an avocado as the thickening agent is a great fresh start for your day!

A good idea would be
Eggs (boiled or in the microwaves) with some cheese and if you wish some beacon or turkey.
These plus some veges on the side like cucumber or green salad is something I love anytime in my day.
Plus a piece of apple or other fruit if you prefer and some nuts. I make a mix of nuts as goji berries, σταφίδες, walnuts and Αμύγδαλα.
It's a snack I love to eat and all them mixed are delicious!

One of my go to breakfast meals is a burrito stuffed with scrambled eggs, cheese, and avocado. It’s delicious, fast, and filling!

I know this may seem a little boring, but scrambled eggs are one of my favorite breakfast meals. They are so good for you, and they have a lot of protien. If you want to make it even more healthy, you could add diced peppers on top, and some cheese for dairy! Or instead of cheese, have a glass of milk.

2 organic scrambled eggs, 2 vegan sausages, 100g beans in tomato sauce, 100g button mushrooms, 10g canola oil for cooking.
Will give you 31 grams of protein, about a third of the daily recommended amount for a moderately active woman of 60kgs, 6,7g grams of fiber, and good vegetable fat, to fill you with energy for the day and help you feel full longer.
