Honestly I don’t know much about that and it depends according your living region. In India where I live I eat upma whole year (as there is no big deal with winter )you can search recipe on YouTube Prefer eating as soon as possible after cooking so you’ll have hot food in your plate which will make you feel good in cold environment. Search for upma or garama-garam upma
