As someone that doesn’t eat seafood, I’ve been eating a lot of flaxseed meal. Is there something else I can add to my diet?

Well I'm a pure vegetarian, so basically you must consume seasonal fruits and veggies and if taking about seeds don't just consume them . Theeeare variety of seeds out there mix them and make something of it like crackers or ladoo , it will definitely help 😀
