How do you avoid eating carb-heavy cereal when you’re pressed for time in the morning?

The Cereal breakfast is pretty tempting when you are in a time crunch!

How I tackle that is I take a few minutes the previous night to soak some chickpeas and boil them in the morning.

Or even better I soak them when I leave for office, boil them when I get back home, as it needs atleast 6 hours of soaking.

This has been helpful for me. Basically, trying to do a meal prep the previous night helps a lot the next morning.
