As I’m not a morning person, exercising first thing is challenging. How do you stay motivated?

I go to the gym and lift around 10 am everyday. When I first started lifting I would go in the evening. But the few times I would go in the morning, I felt more energy throughout my day and made me confident. Working out in the morning is the perfect way to start your day. I kept going around 10 in the morning and after 2 weeks it became a habit. Your body will thank you for working out in the morning!

I just tell myself if I do it now I won’t have to do it later in the day. I read this book that the first thing you should do I think he morning is exercise read and meditate it may be motivated and it made me feel even more strong each time I completed those task that I used to it. Also I have been working out at 7 am eversince high school. What kept me in tact is that it’s good for the body and well being to do it in the morning. I generally care for my body so I do it and it makes me feel good. You should do some research about the topic and you’ll fell more motivated and charming completely the task first hour you rise. Hope you do cause it’s feel awesome. Everything is awesome like the movie idk if you seen it yet the song is awesome. Good night.

START WITH BEING GRATEFUL, AND THEN, BREATHE…MEDITATION!!!
THEN, EXERCISE FOR HALF AN HOUR (30 MINUTES) AND INCREASE IT TO AN HOUR (60 MINUTES)!!!
BUT, NEVER EXERCISE MORE THAN 60-70 MINUTES DURING THE SET TIME PERIOD!!!

Ask yourself why you choose to do this, what do you want to achieve? Are you doing this for the world or for YOU? And use the answer you come up with to keep you motivated! Its been a tough few years, keep going!

I am not a morning person either! I don’t do some kind of strict workout in the mornings especially before work. I do stretching exercises before getting up out of bed in a morning meditation program. Then while getting ready for work I put on my music and try to move and dance as much as I can. Helps you wake up too!
