Which habit, eating healthier is easy. Don’t oil fry air fry. If you only eat one vegetable with dinner add two and cut the meat in half on your normal portion. It all becomes easier with practice. And drink more water which is where I ve always had issues. I use those stupid flavor packs every other one I drink. Soon I’ll switch to every third one. But Fabulous is definitely helping me stay with it
