Cheerios are a great and quick breakfast that’s isn’t unhealthy. You could also have a smoothie with tons of different fruits and vegetables.
Yogurt is a great breakfast to build upon, giving the freedom to add nutrition like nuts and fruits for fibre, vitamins, and proteins.
Um idk just look it up. I shouldn't have to go and state the obvious or do the research myself for people who can't think of anything like a normal person. Just get something in one of the main food groups.
