I’ve adapted the one-minute ‘just get moving’ workout to wall push ups, side jacks (low impact, no jumping), and marching in place just so I can count it. That way I can do it first thing in the morning before I even get my bra on. If you can get out of bed, you could adapt something that works for you. Maybe you could match in bed and use some light weights (3 lb.) to still work the chest muscles without doing push ups. If you can just get yourself to move, it counts as exercise
