Yes! I don’t always get up early enough to work out. I supplement that with doing some stretches while I brush my teeth, or quick push ups against my dresser. I will also do a quick set of leg lifts and rotations for mobility. Then, when I’m home and settled from the day, I’ll do a nighttime workout from YouTube.
