I have found that boiling a batch of eggs the easiest. I will boil 4 at a time, peel them, and then store them in the fridge. Then in the morning my eggs are already cooked. I have about one a day.
Yess! Put them in a muffin tray and bake them in the oven! They are quick healthy and you can eat them on the go too! You can also add different veggies to your liking!
Well it depends on how fast, fried ones are faster than boiled ones. Fry 2 eggs in a pan and add 2tbsp of olive oil/ghee and fry egged until cooked. My personal favourite is scrambled egg cooked the same way mentioned above, it's fast tasty and a great first meal .
I prefer a high fat, high protein breakfast, so if you're short on time scrambled in butter is great, just season to your preference. Alternatively if you want to spend a bit more time but less fat, baked eggs are a good choice!
