Scrambled tofu, creamy spinach on toasted bread, porridge, french toast, Pancakes, waffles, potato mash with any kinda vegtables or sallad with it. Soup, or maybe bruschetta with like omatos, avocados on. (I dont like avocados myself but alot of people do) Maybe try muushroom on toast? Or maybe a breakfast wrap of some sort?? (:

Not a cooked breakfast, but avocado on sourdough bread with a healthy spread like hummus or black gold, and topped with seeds, balsamic glaze, and lemon infused olive oil.

I make avacado toast, but I cut cherry tomatoes in half and put them in the oven for 10mins. I put them on my avacado toast and then drizzle balsamic glaze on top. So yummy.
