Any tips on breakfast routines for stressful mornings?

Yes, if you make the quickest breakfast (over night oats), that is supposed to be done the night before , it will be ready to grab on the go. Mix oats, gluten free is best with yogurt, high protien granola, seeds&mixed nuts in a small sealed microwave lidded BPA free cup&leave it sit in the fridge overnight and it’ll be ready to eat at ur convenience in the morning(add some oat, soya, rice milk if the consistency is a little thick or not to ur liking) BUT RMBR, Drink a lt of water 1st thing.
There you go breakfast to keep u going far into lunch, and great thing is you will fill up quickly, so the leftovers are perfectly safe when ur full to go bck in the fridge for another morning so long as you have the lidded tupperware style cup with airtight seal clips it will stay fresh for a few days.
Takes 2 mins or less to prepare no cooking&it’s waiting for the morning. Add whatever you like just rmbr if adding fresh fruit don’t add to the container as fresh cut fruit doesn’t last as long as this recipe alone so add them separately. Enjoy the nutritious breakfast, great tastes and how so so simply easy it is.
Give it a go…..(oh &u can change what u put in it to suit ur tastes, seriously try it out) Thank me later….🥄❤️
