Hard-boiled eggs paired with whole grain toast or nut butter are also great choices. These meals not only support a nutritious breakfast routine but also help you establish lasting healthy habits.
For breakfast, I usually make oatmeal. All you need is oatmeal and either milk or water, and it’s super quick to prepare. Sometimes, I add bananas or whatever fruits and berries I have in the fridge. Even when I’m short on time and can’t sit down to eat before heading to work, I can easily pack it in a container and eat it during my commute, as long as I’m not driving. Or I eat a few spoonfuls in the break room at work.
