For a gluten-free, milk-free, and sugar-free breakfast, consider a chia seed pudding made with almond or coconut milk and topped with fresh fruits like berries or banana slices. Another option is a smoothie with spinach, avocado, and a banana for natural sweetness. You can also enjoy a savory breakfast by preparing scrambled eggs with vegetables or a quinoa bowl with nuts and fruits. These options not only fit your dietary needs but also help you establish a nutritious morning ritual for lasting healthy habits.

I would suggest try indian breakfasts. There are plenty of savory indian breakfasts like idli, dosa, uttapam, poha. All of these gluten free, milk free and sugar free. Or you can go classic omelette, just don’t add any milk to it. I like to add some chopped onion, chillis and salt to mine.
