Any great breakfast tips? I’m looking for some more alternatives to eggs and yoghurt.

I just heard recently from an expert that there are a lot of fruits and veggies that can help your brain to focus and increases your cognitive capabilities…. for example blueberry, coconut oil, avocados, salmon, walnuts etc…. and of course hydration – probably you know it – it is important too for our body and for our concentration….. drinking water in the morning it’s almost essential…..

Low fat and low sugar peanutbutter and jelly (light on the jelly or none at all, honey substitue) sandwich with a glass of milk (carnation breakfast powder if u like it)…
Or blubberries and 2 sausage links with a glass of orange juice or apple juice(make sure it's real fruit juice and not sugar flavored cocktails)…

Smoothies. Any fruit smoothie works. Just fruits are also a good option. You can poha or upma if you want and have time to prepare it

Try oats they are so good without nuts and dried fruits or banana seeds and strawberries
Also I make a kind of salad on breakfast consisting of:
-diced tomatoes
-diced cucumbers
-shredded halloumi cheese
-a drizzle of olive oil

grate an apple, mashed a banana and mix them with oatmeal. Add some peanut butter and cinnamon and hazelnut. It’s delicious and also keeps you full for a long time. Bon appetite 🙂

For breakfast, I'd recommend something like oatmeal, waffles, avocado toast, breakfast burritos, or chia pudding. ( I am vegetarian, so I don't eat eggs or meat)

I do a nice porridge or muesli in the morning with coconut or almond milk with various fruits and seeds. I also add honey on top of I feel like it… It keeps me going until lunch.

I often used alpro soy (vegan yoghurt) withs some granola. Or rice crackers with avocado or peanut butter. You could even pick vegan wraps with some humnus. Orrr, make tosti's: bread, vegan cheese, ketchup. I hope that this will help!
