I love drinking smoothies and an over hard egg in the morning the smoothie is delicious and the egg has protein I make my smoothie with water, berries, flax seed, acia powder, chia seeds and sometimes spinach I don’t put milk or sugar or protein powder or any tropical fruit in it because then I would basically be drinking a berry milkshake.
