Sit-ups can be challenging, but with the right approach, you can improve! Focus on your form: keep your feet flat and engage your core. Start with modified versions, like crunches or incline sit-ups, to build strength. Incorporate them into a routine, gradually increasing reps as you gain confidence. Remember, consistency is key! Celebrate small victories and listen to your body. If sit-ups don’t work for you, explore other core exercises that suit your body proportions better. Keep moving towards your fitness goals!

Well sit ups might be exhaustive but if you warm up your body first it really becomes easy. If you start doing it regularly it really helps a lot.you can warm up by stretching first then going for light exercises which will prepare your body for further workouts with ease.
