I have had yogurt and oats or toast, peanut butter and a sliced banana on it! You can always go on Pinterest or google and search "healthy breakfasts" and see which one fits you! Good luck 👍🍀

My most common breakfast choice is oatmeal. Some things you can add are fruits, cinnamon, honey, peanut butter, and chocolate chips. Get as creative as you’d like.

In the morning you could also eat fruit, I LOVE bananas in the morning. Sometimes I eat porridge…you can find some inspiration online
