What are your favorite quick and premade breakfast dishes?

Coffee with oatmilk, banana and – hand full of nuts. I make the oat milk in advance by blending a cup of old fashion oats with 4 cups of water and straining it through a cheese cloth. I place the milk in mason jars and store in refrigerator for up to five days. No added preservatives or sugar. Makes a great hearty cream for coffee —add the banana and nuts and it’s a high protein breakfast with a low glycemic index!

I really like the apple cinnamon oatmeal bake I found on Pinterest. Loaded with fiber and a decent amount of protein, it's a great thing to make ahead of

Honestly experiment, you'll find that if you do just combine things together you don't need fancy cook books or long winded youtube tutorials. If you think it will work then try it.

My favourite local coffee shop makes these really great breakfast cookies. I think they are made with oatmeal, peanut butter, chia seeds, and some other stuff. A second place would be cliff bars.

Plain yogurt with a drizzle of honey, apples (they give a nice burst of energy) Larabar protein bars since they are made with just a few ingredients, but really filling!

I usually don't have premade dishes.
Oatmeal with fruits sometimes pancakes(Sundays mostly), most of the time bread with butter and Marmelade or cheese, and usually fresh veggies like tomatoes and cucumbers. I tend to get pretty bored with always the same thing so I change very often

I premade boiled eggs ahead of time they usually last for about a week and are excellent protein on the go! I also make sure I have low fat low sugar yogurt and fruit on hand

My favorite easy breakfast is overnight oats. I put 1/2 cup of oats, 3/4 cup of almond milk, 1 tsp of unsweetened cocoa powder, and 1/2 tbsp of vanilla extract into a container and put in the fridge overnight. In the morning I top it with two or three spoonfuls of creamy peanut butter and an entire apple, sliced and diced. It’s delicious, easy and keeps me sated for a long time.

Toast with peanutbutter is fast, as is good cereals (cheerios or oats). You could also premake a smoothie the night before.

My favourite would be the overnight it's! It's simple to make and low in calories. My favourite combination would be oats, plain yogurt, some honey and some fruits (mainly banana). Leave it in the fridge till the next day and you'll get an ice cream like treat!
