What kinda foods do you keep handy for a quick healthy breakfast ? I find myself always going towards making smoothies as there quick but usually cold. I struggle with ideas on quick hot breakfasts...?

I make a nice hot bowl of oats. My secret to making them creamy and delicious, is to add a frozen banana while the oats are cooking in the stove. I like to vary my toppings for some variety- almond butter, berries, apples, cinnamon, banana, chocolate etc.

Overnight oats! Prepare them however you want (I make mines usually with some dark chocolate, sesame seeds, chia and flax seeds) perfect mix to warm up in the morning!

I always make scrambled eggs if I want a quick breakfast. 1 pan. 3 eggs. A handful of cheese. Salt and pepper. Tabasco sauce. It’s super easy to clean and make as it only takes about 1 minute to make eggs. Have that with some yogurt or a piece of fruit and you’re good to go!

Eggs and toast are my go to! They’re quick and easy. And if I’m not feeling a big hot breakfast granola bars are my second go to!

I like to keep instant oatmeal packets on hand that can be made in the microwave or with boiling water from the electric kettle. Also blueberry toaster waffles from trader Joe’s with Greek yogurt on top, or a quick fried egg on toast.

I love to hard boil eggs at the beginning of the week so I can grab those on the way out the door with some toast. I also buy a few non fat Greek yogurt and a healthy granola because that’s easy to grab and go too!

I find the easiest breakfast to be overnight oatmeal. Oats with milk, a ripe banana and a little bit of cinnamon in a container in the fridge the night before :) but warm 🤔 maybe an egg and toast 😶

Oatmeal is always a good choice for Breakfast.. always try to keep Fresh Fruits Like Apple Slices, Oranges, and Grapes.. Also Don’t forget about Granola Bars and Water, not the small Bottles of water The 1 Liter Bottles that will keep you Full Longer...

2 fried eggs (with hot sauce optional) and an apple, or 2 boiled eggs and any piece of fruit. I have been making healthy pancakes for the week in a food processor (2 eggs, 1 banana, 1/4 cup oat flour and dash salt and cinnamon per 3 decent sized pancakes), but you could also mash the banana in a bowl with 2 eggs, banana, oat flour salt and cinnamon too. I keep frozen berries in the freezer and thaw them and top with berries rather than syrup. If I need more sweetness I add some monk fruit sweetener. I also like to make scrambled eggs and throw in spinach to get greens in. Then put them in 2 tortillas and top with salsa.

I generally have fruit available on the counter: bananas, apples, and oranges. Since starting this journey, I have pre-cooked eggs mixed with spinach and carrots so that all I need to do is heat them up in the morning.
