I make a nice hot bowl of oats. My secret to making them creamy and delicious, is to add a frozen banana while the oats are cooking in the stove. I like to vary my toppings for some variety- almond butter, berries, apples, cinnamon, banana, chocolate etc.

Overnight oats! Prepare them however you want (I make mines usually with some dark chocolate, sesame seeds, chia and flax seeds) perfect mix to warm up in the morning!

I always make scrambled eggs if I want a quick breakfast. 1 pan. 3 eggs. A handful of cheese. Salt and pepper. Tabasco sauce. It’s super easy to clean and make as it only takes about 1 minute to make eggs. Have that with some yogurt or a piece of fruit and you’re good to go!

Eggs and toast are my go to! They're quick and easy. And if I'm not feeling a big hot breakfast granola bars are my second go to!

I like to keep instant oatmeal packets on hand that can be made in the microwave or with boiling water from the electric kettle. Also blueberry toaster waffles from trader Joe's with Greek yogurt on top, or a quick fried egg on toast.

I love to hard boil eggs at the beginning of the week so I can grab those on the way out the door with some toast. I also buy a few non fat Greek yogurt and a healthy granola because that’s easy to grab and go too!

I find the easiest breakfast to be overnight oatmeal. Oats with milk, a ripe banana and a little bit of cinnamon in a container in the fridge the night before 🙂 but warm 🤔 maybe an egg and toast 😶

Oatmeal is always a good choice for Breakfast.. always try to keep Fresh Fruits Like Apple Slices, Oranges, and Grapes.. Also Don't forget about Granola Bars and Water, not the small Bottles of water The 1 Liter Bottles that will keep you Full Longer…

2 fried eggs (with hot sauce optional) and an apple, or 2 boiled eggs and any piece of fruit. I have been making healthy pancakes for the week in a food processor (2 eggs, 1 banana, 1/4 cup oat flour and dash salt and cinnamon per 3 decent sized pancakes), but you could also mash the banana in a bowl with 2 eggs, banana, oat flour salt and cinnamon too. I keep frozen berries in the freezer and thaw them and top with berries rather than syrup. If I need more sweetness I add some monk fruit sweetener. I also like to make scrambled eggs and throw in spinach to get greens in. Then put them in 2 tortillas and top with salsa.

I generally have fruit available on the counter: bananas, apples, and oranges. Since starting this journey, I have pre-cooked eggs mixed with spinach and carrots so that all I need to do is heat them up in the morning.

For a quick hot breakfast I cook a scrambled egg in the microwave! Whisk it up in a bowl (I like to add milk to mine to make it fluffy), and put in the microwave for 30 seconds. Stir and heat for another 30 seconds. Repeat until it's cooked!
Add a bit of hot sauce and a tortilla and you got a quick breakfast burrito too 😋

I lean more towards having a yogurt or smoothie on the days when I work. I work long shifts, so having something quick and easy to grab in the morning is ideal.
On weekends I might have a cheese quesadilla or hash browns and bacon since I have more time to sit and enjoy my meal. Fresh fruits are always greats to have on hand too.

Eggs!! Eggs are so great for you, there are soo many ways you can eat them too! I love making little egg cups or quiches in muffin tins then putting them in the fridge for easy access. . It's super fast also to crack two eggs throw a few pieces of shreaded salami and a few cherry tomatoes cut into slices.. takes no time at all and super yum! You can swap the ingredients for whatever u like..
Good luck xo

Usually something quick that I do for breakfast fast is a home made bacon egg and cheese. I would just do scrambled eggs then toast the bread and while cooking the eggs I would cook a slide of ham ( the ones you use to do sandwich) on the side. Then I would put the egg and ham on the bread.

I keep sachets of porridge at home and in my office drawer so I know I have them wherever I am that day – sometimes add a spoon of peanut butter or banana.

My favourite breakfast that's both healthy and quick is porridge! 2/3 of a cup of rolled oats, double that with almond milk, 2/3 of a cup of water, and an optional tablespoon of chia seeds, microwave it for 2 and a half minutes, stir, and then 1 and a half minutes. Mix in some frozen raspberries (they will defrost quickly in the warm porridge) and add a dash of cinnamon! I like a sprinkle of cocao nibs on top as well😍🥰 I have this every day and never get sick of it!!

Here in Brazil we have Tapioca (google it) which is amazing and allows you to fill it with whatever you want. It’s like a crepe. You could check for healthy recipes of crepes. I also have seen once a recipe of a banana and oatmeal pancake, it was vegan and apparently healthy.

I like making scrambled eggs with avocado on toast. It goes faster than you'd think. Otherwise you could maybe preprepare breakfast muffins that you can freeze and then quickly put in the oven when you want them.

My breakfasts changes from day to day, but the foods stay the same. I like egg whites, either boiled or fried and toast. I also like Otmeal or cereal. However, I do need to incorporate more fruit to my breakfast routine. I almost forgot, my coffee.

I eat bread and an apple early in the morning, then a second fruit when I'm hungry again. Oatmeal with a banana and dark chocolate is a favourite too, and in the summer I have cereal with shredded apple and cinnamon on top. No matter what I eat I always get hungry after 2 hours so a second fruit then is a must.
