What’s your best “fall-back” option for breakfast if you wake up too late and have to rush to work?

It depends how late you are. If you still have a little time to eat, then I would eat yoghurt, cause I’m a fast eater. But then if you wake so late that you already should be going, then I would take something like a banana, something that’s simple to eat.
