It is, but try to switch the fruits daily or every two days for variety. Even though, I said it is okay, eating a fruit bowl would be better.

Yes, a banana will do. Bananas have essential nutrients needed for your body including potassium and vitamin C. It is a very convenient breakfast. If you're in a hurry or simply just don't have time to prepare/cook your breakfast, you could just grab a banana and stash it into your bag and eat it on your way to work/school. It's a grab-and-go breakfast. But always REMEMBER when too much is too much. Eating way too much bananas may have effects, and they are definitely not healthy. So, just like any other food just eat the right amount.
I don't really recommend it for an everyday breakfast. But, still yeah, a banana will surely do.
PS. I'm not an expert. If you want to know more, you can just do research. Anyways, keep up the good work. Let's change for the better us.

For diabetes? It depends on how much exercise you do, how hungry you are, what time of day (meal or snack), if you have a pump or use a pen.
Pluss, your mood (:

For me, yes, it'll do, i love them so yeah, sure. I think you can just take one banana if you don't have time to have a great breakfast, but it's fine, cause you're eating something that gives you energy.
