I think it depends on the person and their symptoms. I have a few things I do to help on my bad days.
1. I always wake up 90 minutes prior to when I actually have to leave my house. I tend to be in the bathroom more in the mornings. So I’m letting my body slowly wake up and waiting for my medication to begin.
2. I try to watch what I eat I know for me greasy, fatty foods are a trigger so I try to stay away from those.
3. If I’m not feeling well, I stay home, watch what I eat it’s usually white rice and rotisserie chicken with an electrolyte drink.
