A good stretch to ease the back and relieve back pain?
To ease back pain, try the Cat-Cow stretch. Start on all fours, with your wrists under your shoulders and knees under your hips. Inhale, arch your back (Cow), lifting your head and tailbone. Exhale, round your back (Cat), tucking your chin and pelvis. Repeat this flow for 5-10 breaths. This gentle stretch helps improve flexibility and relieve tension, making it a great addition to your daily routine. Remember to listen to your body and consult a professional if pain persists.
Scorpion is a great one. Lay down on your tummy and prop your upper body up with your elbows on the floor and then lift one leg at the knee and twist your lower back and the lifted leg over the leg that is laying flat on the floor. This twist helps my lower back a lot which is the tightest part of my back usually. I do this every morning with my kids at school
