MMM,taking warm shower , turn off you notifications, drink chamomile, breath and listen to a calm sound maybe ASMR or wind and raining something like that.

I use meditation. There are guided ones you can find that are specifically toake sleep better. My favourite one involves picturing a soft wash of blue light slowly coming over me and carrying me to sleep. Paired with the same incense and sound triggers (white noise, ocean waves, etc) it becomes very powerful with repetition.

My secret for a great night rest:
1. Being active during the day (even on the rest days with activities that complete me in a kind of way) that brings me joy (small one or a bigger one, mostly, smallest joys collected)!
2. A night/sleep routine – lower lights ambiance, a good tea, legs up on the wall while reading some pages of a current book.
3. Brain Dump & Review the order for the best day when the anxiety is huge (even if it’s not making an habit makes a huge shift on the mindset for sleep)
4. Guarantee a mind shift for sleep – “I made my better today even if it’s not on the level I want.” Or self affirmations of gratitude of the day!
