I try to exercice everyday at the same time, but when i “forget” or want to postpone it, because busy, i don’t do it because it messes with my schedule. How do you find the time?

I make the exrcice part of my schedule espically when i wake up so i make it part from my morning routine even for five minutes only

Try to be more flexible in your exercise. If you don’t have the time or energy for the workout you had planned, be gentle with yourself and make the effort to move in smaller increments throughout the day (taking the stairs, a quick walk, five squats during commercial breaks, etc.)

Then I will try to exercise the same day but at the time I were not busy for instance at night or before I went to sleep.

It actually depends on how important it is and how determined are you to exercise, find your consistency, if you start don’t stop.
