I work full time and have kids and don’t get home until late, I struggle to find balance with my energy levels to do exercise, any practical tips would be great!

I can see why this would make it difficult. One of the things I’ve had some luck with is adding in little bits of movement throughout the day. For example I work on the fifth floor so I can take the stair instead of the elevator. My coworker and I have also started to go on a 20 minute walk during lunch which has been amazing to actually boost my energy levels during work! Other ways to get tiny bits of exercise in could be parking further away or getting off the subway one stop early!
