Can you practice some sport, at the rate of 40-60 minutes for each session, every day?

Yes I can. It would help me be more flexible and more active. More importantly,it will be good for my physical and mental health.

Umm as dumb and non sporty person, I’ve never tried any sports. It’s kinda hard for me to find any sport for myself. And i believe sports need equipments and a wide space which isn’t at my place. I’m sorry i think i can’t practice any sports i have no one to play with too 🙂
