Do you track your reps?

Hmmmm not really, i try to do the best i can. But the objective is to do something different every day. Reps are a good way to make a routine, but don't get too worked up over them, trying to do more reps every day.

Yes it's good too have a number before starting your trainning or you can also go on your feeling so when it starts being difficult you stop or you keep going to failiure or you can keep going thru failiure.
Most of the research shows that training to failiure gives the same results as training thru failiure some of them even shows that training thru failiure might be worse. So keep that in mind.
